Fresh off victory over Athletic Club, Arsenal welcome Manchester City to N5 for the first time since last season's epic victory. Mikel Arteta will look to build on wins at midweek and against Forest, and keep pace in the title race. The Gunners roasted the Citizens in this fixture last year, but the teams are now very different. City will miss Marmoush and Cherki, while the hosts will be without Saka, Havertz, Ødegaard, and others. The big question is who will deputize for the Arsenal captain? If midweek is any indicator, Mikel Merino may well feature in a more robust midfield. In addition, Arsenal will hope for a breakout performance from one of their new forwards (Eze we are watching!).

For City, it's a time of change. Kevin De Bruyne, Jack Grealish, and Kyle Walker are all gone. Ederson is no longer in goal. Rodri is still searching for form following his lost season. Tons of money has been spent, but are they a team yet? This remains to be seen. One notable addition is Gianluigi Donnarumma in goal. Scourge of Arsenal's Champions League run last season, the Italian's arrival at the Etihad has raised eyebrows. After a stellar outing in the Manchester Derby, he will be desperate to haunt Arsenal once again.
